Barber Avenue multi-storey car park

About this project

The NSW Government has allocated $26 million to construct a new multi-storey car park and roof top helipad on the corner of Barber Avenue and Parker Streets. This new car park is being prioritised by the project team to free up space on campus for a new clinical tower as part Nepean Redevelopment Stage 1.

The car park will provide additional parking to support the expansion of services on campus and will have an interim helipad on the rooftop until the new clinical tower is complete.

Construction on the car park commenced in late October 2017 with the demolition of the Pialla building and work is scheduled for completion in mid-2019.

Please drive carefully and pay close attention to traffic and pedestrian signage at all times when you are near the construction zone.

Every effort is being made to minimise disruptions to patients, visitors and staff, and we appreciate your support as we progress this important project.
